Make your Bed
Wake up early and make your bed! Studies have shown that Successful people ALWAYS make there bed! So make your bed everyday, even on the weekends! Spring Cleaning Tip: Turn your Mattresses Over and Change/Wash bedding and Winter blankets. Put away all winter comforters and winter pajamas’s. Pretty Simple right? But the truth is, I do know a few people who struggle to make their damn bed!
Prayer For Guidance
The mornings I pray, after making my bed and getting ready for the day I pray. As a Dine Woman and a believer in prayers, I stand to the east just before the sunrise and I pray. Pray for a Good Day, FOR GUIDANCE and Protection. I pray for my children, their education, My husband and his well-being, I pray for all our family and friends…. Praying has helped me become the woman I am today. Our Creator Walks with me and guides me, through all struggles and achievement. So I take time each morning and thank our Creator. Pray. Short or Small. Pray. Cry out your frustrations and pain, you will feel so much better! Pray.
Join a Group/Read a New Book
Starting new routines should be part of your goal as you find the Spark in finding your comfort zone to self motivations. Taking a yoga class, a free online training course or just going to the library with the children and reading a new book are all great ideas for new routines. Not only will you feel better about yourself, you will also connect with other parents and make new friends. As a stay a home mother, I do tend to get cabin fever from being isolated from the world. Join a group or pick up a new book. Anything other than your cellphone. Unless your reading Our Blog Stories, then that’s okay…lol..

Start a Workout Routine
Weather it be yoga, walking or a free online class. I encourage you to start a workout routine! 1o mins or a 30 minute workout. Start a new habit by working out. I’ve been doing yoga for years and with all three pregnancies I continued to do yoga, prenatal yoga, as a result I have healthy babies with a labor and delivery of only 4 hours! Working out keeps you young at heart! It brings a completely rewarding feeling when you hit your goal. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET WORKING OUT! AGAIN, YOU’LL NEVER REGRET WORKING OUT!
